Health, as defined in Dorland’s medical dictionary, is optimum physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. The primary focus of our care is detecting and eliminating the cause of your health concerns. By reducing spinal stress/interference to the nervous system, the body is better able to return to health and normal function. Whether you desire relief, improved performance, or optimizing your human potential, we welcome the opportunity to serve you.

Being Well

Spinal damage or injury at any age can misalign bones and shift the head off-center.

The result is stress on the nervous system, muscle spasm, postural distortion, and spinal decay. Nerves going to all parts of the body can be affected.

Correcting the spine can alleviate stress, pain, and discomfort allowing the body to heal and function properly. Please see our media page for video information regarding chiropractic assessment at Living Well Spine Center, and the importance of chiropractic care for a lifetime of Living Well.

Visualizing Your Condition

My Misalignment is a service that we utilize to help educate our clients about their spinal condition. Upon visiting Living Well Spine Center for an adjustment, you may request a My Chiro Correction listing card. This card details the exact measurements specific to your misalignment.  Here's how it works:

1. Visit the My Misalignment Website

2. Click on "I am an Existing Patient"

3. Enter the measurements from your card

The animated tutorial demonstrates your misalignment exactly as it appears on your x-rays. Feel free to play with the program, toggling back and forth between misalignment and correction as you view the various teaching pages.

My Misalignment provides a close-up view of the cervical spine and brainstem as well as an expanded view of how the upper cervical subluxation affects the entire body. If you are not a patient of our office yet, then you can click, "No, I am a visitor" and it will provide a demonstration of a chiropractic correction based on generic measurements. This powerful program will illustrate to you through specific animations exactly how your spinal correction will balance your body and improve your life!

Paige Wolfe, C.A.

Chiropractic Assistant

Paige@LivingWellSpineCenter.com

Before working here at Living Well Spine Center, I was a payroll manager for a trucking company.  Very stressful and unfulfilling job.  I became a patient of Dr. McCoskey in 1996 with my husband and 2 boys who were 3yrs old and 18 months at the time.  After a year of treatment my family and I were starting to get healthier and happier.  So then I became a team member of Living Well Spine Center in 1997. I feel God had placed me here and instilled a passion for providing help and hope to others who have been suffering unnecessarily.  My oldest son has graduated from college and the youngest has 2 years left in college.  My husband and I enjoy shooting, eating and traveling. I believe in God, He does all the healing.

Brittany Gundolf, C.A.

Community Relations Director

Brittany@livingwellspinecenter.com

Brittany joined the team at Living Well Spine Center in October, 2016. She was born and raised in Ohio, then after graduating she moved to the south with her husband where she worked four years for a Chiropractor. God then lead her, her husband, and their beautiful daughter back to the Buckeye State. She said, “I am so thankful we are back home to our roots and close to family and friends. God has placed me at Living Well Spine Center to use my energy and passion for outreach in the health field. There is an importance for organizing partnerships with other businesses as well as healthcare providers, administrators, and clinical staff to develop strategies and implement the very best life-style choices. I am excited for the opportunity to serve and see these changes happen in our community.”

grace mccoskey keeton

Energy Healing practitioner, specializing in animal care

Grace@LivingWellSpineCenter.com

Grace is the youngest of the McCoskey girls. She was born an avid animal lover, horses in particular, but she loves and cares for all kinds. She spends her time divided amongst several barns in the area working, teaching people and developing horses. She is very intuitive, and has a deep understanding of the fragile nature of animals, and has seen how destructive some training techniques, poor socialization, or multiple homes can be for these creatures.

Having witnessed The Body Code success, Grace has learned the skills that are necessary to help animals and their owners release old emotions that may be negatively impacting their well-being and also their relationship. As most people know, animals are highly sensitive and are impacted just as we are. They can not tell us about it with words, but we see it in their actions... disobedience, skittishness, barking, etc. However, they respond quickly to The Body Code sessions because of their willingness to please, and their lack of preconceived ideas. Identifying and releasing their emotional baggage is an ideal way to care for their pure, genuine spirits providing them the opportunity to heal and re-balance from real or perceived trauma in their lives.

When Grace isn't at the barn, she enjoys quality time with Graham, her husband, Hiccup, their Great Dane, and Toothless, their cat. And also with Cash, her gelding and Lucy, her mare.

Lisa McCoskey, CECP

Nutritional Consultant

Certified Emotion Code practitioner

Lisa@LivingWellSpineCenter.com

Lisa is a nutritional consultant at Living Well Spine Center. She uses simple techniques to evaluate deficiencies, and then develops strategies and personalized life-style protocols to bring the body back into balance. She feels that the “trinity” of healing is based around our physical, emotional and spiritual beings and that each aspect of health needs to be addressed, honored and restored for optimal wellness to be achieved. As the body is transformed, other areas of our lives are transformed too, and we experience greater peace, deeper joy, and more love allowing us to live the life that we imagined for ourself congruent with the one that our Creator has planned for us.
