PAIGE WOLFE, C.A.
Before working here at Living Well Spine Center, I was a payroll manager for a trucking company. Very stressful and unfulfilling job. I became a patient of Dr. McCoskey in 1996 with my husband and 2 boys who were 3yrs old and 18 months at the time. After a year of treatment my family and I were starting to get healthier and happier. So then I became a team member of Living Well Spine Center in 1997. I feel God had placed me here and instilled a passion for providing help and hope to others who have been suffering unnecessarily. My oldest son has graduated from college and the youngest has 2 years left in college. My husband and I enjoy shooting, eating and traveling. I believe in God, He does all the healing.

Living Well Ambassador
On the brink of a life-changing surgery, Gretchen came to Living Well Spine Center in February of 2017 for additional health guidance. She had begun the Whole30 dietary program, and was on a quest to beat the diseases she was fighting without surgery or medical intervention. After a complete change in her nutrition, Body Code sessions, NUCCA adjustments, and detoxification, she is proud to say she feels the best she's ever felt in her entire life. Through her own experiences, Gretchen became immersed in her newfound knowledge and education. She was ready to share everything she had learned with everyone she knew knowing there was a better way to lifelong wellness!!! Coupling this with what Living Well had to offer, she felt God pulling to ask if there would be an opportunity for her to share the story and mission with the community. The role of Living Well Ambassador was created especially for her, and she was made for it.
Prior to joining the Living Well team, Gretchen spent 9 years as a retail and marketing team leader for Target and Apple. She then stepped away from corporate retail to raise her two beautiful children while running a successful home-based business. With the loving support of her husband, Luke, she has been able to seek opportunities to fulfill her passion and they have created a purposeful life together! Gretchen says, "God has blessed me with almost a decade worth of skills and a newly discovered passion for wellness education. My role continues to evolve, and I look forward to connecting new people to their lifelong wellness plan everyday!"
GRACE MCCOSKEY KEETON
Healing practitioner, specializing in animal care
Grace is the youngest of the McCoskey girls. She was born an avid animal lover, horses in particular, but she loves and cares for all kinds. She spends her time divided amongst several barns in the area working, teaching people and developing horses. She is very intuitive, and has a deep understanding of the fragile nature of animals, and has seen how destructive some training techniques, poor socialization, or multiple homes can be for these creatures.
Having witnessed The Body Code success, Grace has learned the skills that are necessary to help animals and their owners release old emotions that may be negatively impacting their well-being and also their relationship. As most people know, animals are highly sensitive and are impacted just as we are. They can not tell us about it with words, but we see it in their actions... disobedience, skittishness, barking, etc. However, they respond quickly to The Body Code sessions because of their willingness to please, and their lack of preconceived ideas. Identifying and releasing their emotional baggage is an ideal way to care for their pure, genuine spirits providing them the opportunity to heal and re-balance from real or perceived trauma in their lives.
When Grace isn't at the barn, she enjoys quality time with Graham, her husband, Hiccup, their Great Dane, and Toothless, their cat. And also with Cash, her gelding and Lucy, her mare.
Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and Body Code Specialist
Having grown up in a home with a father as a chiropractor and a mother who was diligent on raising her kids as naturally as possible, Ali has been exposed to many holistic ways of healing and nurturing the body that have carried over into raising her own family. Chiropractic care, nutrition, muscle testing and energy healing have been a way of life for the Kettering family.
Ali has always been passionate particularly about muscle testing and the way it can benefit our lives by getting answers regarding our health that even medical doctors sometimes cannot get. With the many types of muscle testing and energy healing techniques out there, Ali knew The Emotion Code and The Body Code were a technique she had to explore. She has always felt God leading her in a way of using muscle testing to help others but had not found the one that fit her best…until now. Through God’s perfect plan, He brought Ali to a place where she pursued sessions for her own emotional/spiritual/physical health at Living Well Spine Center during a difficult time of transition in her families’ lives. During that time, not only did she experience healing but also a new purpose for her life.
Since then, Ali has pursued and received certification in The Emotion Code and The Body Code. She is beyond excited to be coming alongside with Living Well Spine Center to offer this service to the community remotely! Being able to practice The Body Code from another location, she is grateful for the chance to spread the LWSC mission to serve and educate others by helping them make better decisions for their overall health and wellbeing!
LISA McCOSKEY, CECP
Certified Emotion Code Practitioner
Lisa is a nutritional consultant at Living Well Spine Center. She uses simple techniques to evaluate deficiencies, and then develops strategies and personalized life-style protocols to bring the body back into balance. She feels that the “trinity” of healing is based around our physical, emotional and spiritual beings and that each aspect of health needs to be addressed, honored and restored for optimal wellness to be achieved. As the body is transformed, other areas of our lives are transformed too, and we experience greater peace, deeper joy, and more love allowing us to live the life that we imagined for ourself congruent with the one that our Creator has planned for us.
