Knowledge is power! Our Wednesday Wellness Workshops are designed to give you information that you can use to not only speed up your recovery but enhance your life.
Our premier workshop is 60 Minutes to Living Well. In this session we cover 5 essential topics and create an introduction to spinal care. These sessions are held each Wednesday, except for the 3rd Wednesday each month where we cover a special topic ranging from Men's/Women's health issues to nutrition and stress management.
