Motion is life…think about it. Stop moving and there’s going to be a funeral! Your body is a perfectly engineered moving machine. Joints feed information to the brain (and back again) that allows for proper function from the inside-out. In fact, a lack of motion is now considered by the science community to create deficiency in brain function.
Spending coutless hours seated at work, school or in front of the TV sets the stage for breakdown of muscle and supportive structural tissues in the body. Lack of movement, due to joints being “stuck”, creates faulty feedback from brain to body and begins to rob nutrients necessary for normal function.
